What's included in a home inspection?
Our inspections cover exterior (roof, gutters, siding, foundation), plumbing, interior systems, electrical & safety checks, and HVAC. You receive a written report after every visit.
How does the additional labor rate work?
Any repair or maintenance work beyond what's included in your plan is billed at $85/hr per labored hour. Plan members receive a 10–20% discount on this rate depending on their tier.
